Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen comes from St. Louis Missouri. Most well-known is her part in the CW television show Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and as lead singer of The Pretty Reckless. Her music has been featured on movies and TV shows like How to Be Single, Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen, born in July 1993, is the daughter of older siblings Sloane Momsen. Her dance training was at St. Louis' Center of Creative Arts. In an advertisement for Shake and Bake commercial in 1997, Momsen started to perform professionally after she was just three. Momsen's professional career came to stop for more than three years until she received a lead role in Misconceptions, a WB show Misconceptions. Momsen played a role in Saving Shiloh in 2006 at the time. She also auditioned for the role of Hannah Montana's title character Hannah Montana and was in the top three. However, it was given the role to Miley Cyrus.
